1. Introduction

Worksite Leads is a digital service collaboration between Impact Web Studio (Canada) and Apec Automations LLC (USA), offering web-based subscription plans tailored for trades professionals. By subscribing to any of our services or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Ownership & Access

• Clients own any original content they submit (e.g., text, images).
• Assets provided by us (e.g., logos, design templates, written content) are licensed for use only during the active subscription period.
• If the subscription is terminated, access to those assets ends immediately.
• Clients are encouraged to register and maintain ownership of their domain (e.g., via a registrar). We can assist with configuration.

3. Subscription & Payment

• All plans are month-to-month with a minimum 12-month commitment.
• No setup fees or upfront charges apply.
• Annual plans are available with optional incentives (e.g., discounts).
• Early termination results in immediate access suspension. Domain transfers are possible upon full payment.

4. Hosting & Service

• Hosting is included via Netlify’s free tier (or similar providers).
• We offer fair-use uptime guarantees based on our infrastructure provider (e.g., Netlify).
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime but aim for >99% based on Netlify SLAs.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to relevant content (e.g., text, images).
• Notify us of any updates or issues promptly.
• Respect content usage guidelines.

6. Booking, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• Bookings for calls or services are binding once confirmed.
• Refunds are not available for monthly services. Annual plans may qualify for partial refunds (e.g., case-by-case basis).
• All cancellations must be requested via email to legal@worksiteleads.com and will become effective at the end of the billing period or contract term.
